One of our newest and favorite brands this summer is Sanuk flip-flops. We’ve got them for women and kids and they are AWESOME! Sanuk is actually the Thai word for “Fun”, a concept that they clearly incorporate into their shoes. Sanuk is fairly new on the sandals scene, founded in 1997 by California native Jeff Kelley. He began his idea for Sanuk sandals when he made a shoe out of indoor-outdoor carpet. He soon made another from inner tubes! Talk about resourcefulness! Today his innovation has brought us to the Yoga Mat flip-flop. They actually have a squishy, comfy yoga mat as their foot bed.
